I will not hold MuscleShoppe.com responsible for items seized and/or destroyed by customs and I realize that I am not entitled to a refund.

I understand that I am responsible for any and all additional fees for customs or "Value Added Taxes". I understand that if I refuse the package for any reason, including additional fees imposed by customs or any other agency, that I am not entitled to a refund and the package may be abandoned in the customs department of my country.

I understand that MuscleShoppe.com does not offer money back guarantees or honor money back guarantees offered by product manufacturers. I understand that if I have concerns regarding a product it is my responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly to discuss and purchase products in order to be covered under the manufacturers money back guarantees. I understand that MuscleShoppe.com does not endorse or guarantee any manufacturer product claims.

I understand that if my order is damaged or lost in transit that MuscleShoppe.com will first investigate my claim and then file a claim with the shipping service. I understand that I will not be entitled to a refund until the claim is settled with the shipping service and a refund is first issued to MuscleShoppe.com.

I understand that if I desire a refund for products purchased that I must first contact MuscleShoppe.com for authorization. I understand that returning a product does not insure or entitle me to a refund. If MuscleShoppe.com does authorize a return then I understand that I must return the items to MuscleShoppe.com at my own expense within 30 days of purchase utilizing a shipping service that provides a tracking number. I understand that there is a 25% restocking fee for all returns accepted by MuscleShoppe.com and does not include original shipping cost. I understand that original shipping cost will not be refunded. I understand that Refunds are solely determined by MuscleShoppe.com inspection of the returned item and are at MuscleShoppe.com discretion. I realize that if I return a product and MuscleShoppe.com refuses to issue a refund that the product will not be returned.
