Shipping charges for orders within the 48 contiguous states are calculated according to the following flat rates:
- Orders under $100: $5.95
- Orders over $100: FREE
These rates apply only to standard shipping methods (see Standard Shipping below).
Orders shipped outside the 48 contiguous states are quoted shipping methods and shipping charges
after the order has been placed (see Shipping Destinations below).

MuscleShoppe.com ships all orders within the 48 contiguous states via UPS-GROUND.
Due to the use of multiple distribution centers, UPS-GROUND will reach most locations within the contiguous 48 states in 2-3 business days. Premium
shipping methods are available at the request of the customer (see Premium Shipping below) and at an additional
charge.
Orders for AFO/APO addresses are shipped via United State Postal Services (USPS).
Orders placed by 11am EST are shipped the same day, providing the product is in stock. Orders placed after 11am EST are shipped on the next business day. UPS
does not pick up or deliver UPS-GROUND packages on weekdays or holidays.
We do NOT request or require a signature for deliveries. We have no control over whether a driver will leave a package since this is based on the delivery service's policies and the drivers discretion not MuscleShoppe.com. We will work with the customer and the delivery service to track and locate items
that have been delivered but are missing. However it is up to the customer to provide an address where packages can be safely and reliably delivered.
Please note: Orders are shipped first based on availability then proximity to destination. In some cases orders may ship from our east coast shipping centers that are
shipping to the west coast due to product availability (and vice versa). In such cases the shipping time will exceed the estimated 2-3 days shipping estimate.

MuscleShoppe.com ships anywhere in the world. Shipping charges and methods for orders shipped
outside of the 48 contiguous states are quoted after the order has been placed. Quotes
will be emailed to the customer within 1-2 business days of the order being placed.
The order is processed only once the shipping charges have been approved
by the customer. In the case of payment via credit card, no charge is made on the
customer's credit card until the shipping quote has been accepted.

MuscleShoppe.com can ship items using premium shipping methods (Next Day, 2nd Day) at the request of the
customer. To request premium shipping:
- Complete the order process as is.
- After checking out, complete a Change Request Form, requesting premium shipping.
- A customer service representative will e-mail you a quote for the shipping charge within 1 business day.
Please note: Premium shipping charges are considerably more expensive
than UPS-GROUND. Due to MuscleShoppe.com's ability to ship to most locations
within the USA in 2-3 days, MuscleShoppe.com advises customers
to use the standard UPS-GROUND shipping method.
