Defective Products
You must contact MuscleShoppe.com within 7 days of receipt of a defective
product. MuscleShoppe.com will issue a call ticket and have the item
retrieved at our expense. If the product is determined to be defective
upon receipt by MuscleShoppe.com a full refund will be issued including
shipping cost. If the product is determined not to be defective then the
customer will receive a refund less a 25% restocking fee and less original
shipping charges. Due to limited stock, replacement product may not be
available and cannot be guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE: During the summer months some products (such as bars) will melt
if left outside in the heat. If you will not be available to receive your order,
please leave instructions for UPS to leave your package in a cool area, at a
neighbor's house, or not to deliver if no one is home. In addition, if you are
ordering items that may melt, we suggest that you order early in the week.
This will prevent orders from sitting in UPS warehouses (that may not be climate-controlled)
over the weekend. All our products are shipped in fresh condition and stored in
climate-controlled warehouses. We cannot accept returns for heat-damaged products.
Non-Defective Products
Non-defective products may be returned if the item is unopened and in a
condition that allows for resale. Your item(s) must be returned with
shipping pre-paid. A 25% restocking fee will apply. Returns must be
received by MuscleShoppe.com within 14 days of the customer receipt date.
Refunds will not be authorized after 14 days. Due to limited stock,
replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Product Shipping
If MuscleShoppe.com ships a product other than the product ordered we will
issue a call ticket and and have the product picked up at our expense. The
customer will have the choice of receiving the correct product or
receiving a full refund including shipping charges. Due to limited stock,
replacement product may not be available and cannot be guaranteed.
Manufacturer Money Back Guarantees
MuscleShoppe.com does not offer money back guarantees or honor money back guarantees offered
by product manufacturers. If you have concerns regarding a product we strongly suggest
you contact the manufacturer directly to discuss and purchase products in order to be covered
under the manufacturers money back guarantees. MuscleShoppe.com does not endorse or guarantee
any manufacturer product claims.
Ephedra Based Products
NO EPHEDRA BASED PRODUCT WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A RETURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
Prohormone Products
NO PROHORMONES WILL BE ACCEPTED AS A RETURN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

YOU MUST CONTACT US VIA EMAIL BEFORE RETURNING AN ORDER. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION
In order to receive a refund, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid. All items must
be in "as-new" condition, in original packaging. No partial returns will be accepted. The
original packing slip must be included. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or
partial forfeiture of your refund. If the product is not returned to us with all of the
original packaging, it will be sent back to you. All products will be inspected upon
receipt in our warehouse. If it is determined that the product is not in
"as-new" condition no refund will be issued. All returns must be sent via UPS, Federal Express, or any other courier that issues a tracking
number.

Please allow a minimum of 72 hours for refunds to be processed once the item has been returned to MuscleShoppe. Additional time may occur with
individual banks. When MuscleShoppe.com receives the returned defective product, your credit card will be credited
in full for the defective product plus the original shipping cost.
Customers returning non-defective products will receive a refund less restocking fees and orginal shipping cost.
