MuscleShoppe.com is not responsible for any orders that are confiscated by customs. Refunds
will only be issued if and when an order confiscated by customs is returned to MuscleShoppe.com unopened
and in its original packaging. Refunds will be limited to the cost of the product. Shipping charges cannot
not be refunded due to the inability of MuscleShoppe.com to recoup these charges if an order is returned by customs.
Customs regulations differ greatly depending upon the country. It is the responsibility of the
customer to confirm that the country to which the items are being shipped will accept the items that they order
and to verify any additional charges that may be forthcoming.
Please check with the Customs Office of that country if you have any doubts.

Should the package be refused for any reason, including additional fees imposed by customs or any other agency,
no refund will be issued until the package is returned to MuscleShoppe.com in unopened
and in its original packaging.

MuscleShoppe.com accepts the following methods of payment for International Orders:
Credit Cards
MuscleShoppe.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
For International orders, additional information may be required in order to verify your credit card
(photocopy of the card, photocopy of a recent statement showing billing address etc). Once we have
this information on file, we will set you up with an International Account. On subsequent orders, providing you
use the same credit card, you will not be required to provide any additional information.
Once you select a shipping method and charge, you will be notified as to whether we require any additional information to verify
your credit card.
Money Orders
Money Orders are certified fund checks that can be obtained in the US at banks and Post Offices. Any certified check
from a financial institution would qualify as a money order. If you need additional information about money
orders, please contact a customer service representative via the Customer Service Center. In the event that you pay
using a money order, we will not ship your order until the money order has been received. Due to the potential delay
between ordering and receiving the money order, MuscleShoppe.com cannot guarantee the availability of the items ordered.
In the event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you and you can switch the item for another or cancel the
item from your order.
Wire Transfer
Wire Transfers are direct transfers of funds from your account to ours initiated by your bank. If you need additional information about wire transfers,
please contact a customer service representative via the Customer Service Center. In the event that you pay
using a wire transfer, we will not ship your order until the wire transfer has been received. Due to the potential delay
between ordering and receiving the wire transfer, MuscleShoppe.com cannot guarantee the availability of the items ordered.
In the event that an item is no longer available, we will notify you and you can switch the item for another or cancel the
item from your order.
Please Note: There is a $20.00 surcharge for Wire Transfers which is used to recoup a charge levied by our bank
for receiving Wire Transfers.
