When will I receive my order?
Orders received by 11am EST will be shipped the same day. Due to MuscleShoppe.com's ability
to ship from multiple distribution centers throughout the country most orders reach their
destination within 2-3 days. If the order - or any part of the order - is not in stock
after ordering, the purchaser will be notified via email which items have been back ordered.
The back ordered items will be shipped once they are in stock at no additional charge. We normally
hold back orders for 30 days. If the product does not arrive within 30 days a credit
for the item will be issued. At any time, the purchaser may cancel a back ordered item for a
credit by logging on your Order Status page via the Fulfillment Center.
The purchaser may also substitute the out of stock item for one
that is in stock by contacting a customer service representative.
Additional charges will be applied if the substituted item is more expensive
or a credit given if less expensive. Again there would be no additional shipping charges.
How can I track my order once I have placed it?
Once an order is shipped, an email notification is sent to the purchaser including a UPS
tracking number and a link to the UPS web site. By entering the tracking number on the UPS
web site, the location of the order can be ascertained at any time. Certain shipping methods
for locations outside of the 48 contiguous states may not provide tracking information.
To check the status of orders that have yet to be shipped, please go to the MuscleShoppe.com
Fulfillment Center and use the Check Order Status option by
entering your order ID and last name. The Order Status page will provide you with the most
current information about your order including its status in the fulfillment process, shipping
information, and a history of all notes associated with the order.
How can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
An order may be cancelled at anytime prior to shipping. If you wish to cancel
your order, please contact MuscleShoppe.com immediately via the Customer Service Center.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Changes can be made to an order until it goes into the warehouse for packaging. Once a order is in the warehouse, no changes can be made.
